Our processing time is 2-5 working days (+ shipping). All orders are shipped by Australia Post with tracking. In order to minimise waste, all pieces are securely packaged in The Pearl Girl Co. cardboard envelopes. Gift wrapping (The Pearl Girl Co. gift box) can also be purchased by going to the 'Shop All' section of the website, or upon checkout.

Returns

Please choose carefully as The Pearl Girl Co. does not accept returns for hygiene reasons. The Pearl Girl Co. will fix or replace items if there are deemed faulty by The Pearl Girl Co. on return within 7 working days of delivery to the customer. The Pearl Girl Co. does not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect choice.
